Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Web Developer to support a government agency in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions. This contract role involves working closely with stakeholders to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and ensure secure, scalable digital environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, subsites, document libraries, lists, and workflows
- Customize SharePoint solutions using Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Migrate legacy content to SharePoint Online or Hybrid environments
- Implement user-friendly dashboards and reporting tools for contract deliverables and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with federal IT security standards and accessibility guidelines
- Provide end-user training and support documentation
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development (Online and/or On-Premise)
- Proficiency in SharePoint Designer
- Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Forms, Lists)
- .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS (preferred)
