Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support government initiatives by designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable Salesforce applications. This contract role requires a strong understanding of public sector workflows, compliance standards, and the ability to deliver customized solutions that align with agency objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows
- Configure Salesforce applications including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with federal data privacy and security standards
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Support Public Sector Solutions modules (e.g., case management, licensing, grants)
- Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and maintain technical documentation
- Provide training and support to end users and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions or similar government implementations
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Gearset)
