To this end, DT offers a variety of employment agreement to accommodate an individual’s needs including:
- 1099 Employees – Employees are required to posses a Federal ID Number. Employees are responsible for managing their own taxes as well as any other benefits. We work with the employee to achieve mutually agreeable payment terms.
- W-2 Only Employees – The employee’s social security, Medicare, federal withholdings, state withholdings, federal unemployment, and state unemployment are managed by DT.
- Employee with Benefits – In addition to W-2 management, DT also offer these employees:-
- Health Insurance: Employees are offered medical, dental, and vision insurance through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Georgia.
- Vacation, sick time and bereavement: Employees are offered 2 weeks of vacation. Vacation time begins accruing immediately. Employees begin taking vacation after 6 months of employment. Employees are provided 2 weeks of sick time per year and 3 days of bereavement for immediate family members.
- Tuition assistance – up to $1000.00 per year.
- Up to 12 weeks Family and Medical leave (Unpaid)
- 10 paid holidays.
